Gavin’s adaptability and leadership skills have enabled him to excel in various roles, from tech advisor and carpentry apprentice to project manager, estimator, and site supervisor.

Notable projects include the City of South Bend’s winter amnesty shelter for the homeless, as well as work for prominent local clients such as judges, public officials, and business owners. Gavin’s leadership experience includes coordinating crews of up to 50 and implementing construction plans from concept to completion.
