As CEO, he oversees H&A’s parent company and each subsidiary company, leading the investment committee and guiding portfolio growth, developing and maintaining key relationships with investors and partners, driving strategic initiatives and business development, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the H&A team. 

Prior to founding H&A with Hannah Englander, Avromi held various leadership roles, including 

• Vice President of Operations at Strategic Properties of North America (SPNA), where he oversaw the Midwest Portfolio’s growth from $300m to $1.5b, 
• Founder and CEO of a private real estate consulting firm, serving clients across the Midwest and Sunbelt, 
• Executive at Lock Joint Tube, a steel tubing manufacturing company, with direct responsibilities to the CEO of the multibillion-dollar international parent company.
